Chef Moro searches out only the freshest, finest product and utilizes the surrounding abundance of the Finger Lakes region whenever possible. His passion for simplicity and purity of flavor ensures that each dish will be balanced and impressionable. However, a great meal is a multi-sensory experience.   • From the West

    Take exit 40 (Weedsport exit) from the NYS Thruway (NYS 90) to Auburn via Route 34 South.  Turn left onto East Genesee Street.  Moro’s Table is on the left.

    OR

    Take Exit 34A from the NYS Thruway (NYS 90).  Take Route 481 South to Route 690 West.  Take Exit 6 (Auburn exit).  Route 690 will merge into Route 695 West.  Follow 695 to Route 5 West.  Take a right onto Route 5. Continue on Route 5 for approximately 16 miles.  Take a slight left onto John Street (Us Route 20 East).  Take a right onto East Genesee Street.  Moro’s Table is on the right.

  • From the East

    Exit 6 (Auburn exit).  Route 690 will merge into Route 695 West.  Follow 695 to Route 5 West.  Take a right onto Route 5. Continue on Route 5 for approximately 16 miles.  Take a slight left onto John Street (Us Route 20 East).  Take a right onto East Genesee Street.  Moro’s Table is on the right.

  • From the North

    Take I-81 South to Syracuse.  Take the Hiawatha Blvd. exit and follow the signs to Route 690 West.  Take Exit 6 (Auburn Exit).  Route 690 will merge into Route 695 West.  Follow 695 to Route 5 West.  Take a right onto Route 5. Continue on Route 5 for approximately 16 miles.  Take a slight left onto John Street (Us Route 20 East).  Take a right onto East Genesee Street.  Moro’s Table is on the right.

  • From the South

    Take Route 81North to the Homer exit.  Turn right off exit on to Route 281 North.  Take a left onto Route 41 (Clinton St).  Follow to NY 41A.  Turn left onto New Hope Road.  Turn right onto Route 38A.  Continue to follow 38A north.  Turn left onto East Genesee Street.  Moro’s Table is on the right.

About Chef Ed Moro "I always loved to cook. As soon as I could, I started a 5 year apprenticeship with Executive Chef Heinz Hautle at The Hotel Hershey. The work was challenging and I had to put in very long hours. To pass the time, I would imagine someday owning my own restaurant. I envisioned a small and intimate space that would enable me to cook with quality products, come out of the kitchen and get to know my guests. I worked my way through some of the most beautiful places in the country, including California’s Napa Valley and the Oregon wine country. Over 10 years ago, I felt ready to take on the role as Executive Chef at a new spa and resort nearby. I was immediately drawn to the spectacular scenery of the Finger Lakes region. I remember sitting by the lake sipping coffee when my thoughts of opening my own restaurant were rekindled. I knew I found the perfect location to put down roots.
I met my future wife, Elizabeth while opening the resort and we decided to make Skaneateles our home and we are raising our four young boys there. Together, we are excited to open our own restaurant, Moro’s Table, and hope to create a place where people feel welcome and can enjoy a good glass of wine, great food and friendly conversation. Private In-House Dining

Our private banquet room can comfortably accommodate up to 35 people making it ideal for any event – holiday party, business meeting, rehearsal dinner, shower or small reception.  Our restaurant can accommodate up to 100 people for luncheons.  Our banquet menus are crafted from our dinner menus to ensure your guests have the same quality experience as every Moro’s Table diner.
